You say it almost exactly the same way I'd say it. It's all about the hair, mine is still growing and cannot get it back to what it was. It takes a long time to grow it, but just like you say, it is hair, and it is mine. And yes, definitely, unambiguously, "cancer" is part of who I am. I survived it, but I think about every day. Will there ever be a day not thinking about it? ...
